Windows XP SP3 32 bit, "ACPI Multiprocessor PC" acpi.sys and acpiec.sys patch hal.dll "timer fix" patch sound disabled, network disabled 2 cores, HT off use thread_dumper.exe to force all tasks to core0 except SuperPiMod.exe force SPi affinity to core1, realtime priority use gperfbias_winxp.exe 1

BIOS version 0901, installed from CDR with acpi,acpiec,hal patches slipstreamed. ACPI patches from-- https://community.hwbot.org/topic/205829-rog-maximus-xiii-apex/ -- hal patch from "WinXP-IE Optional Patch Integrator v3.1.4" -- installer works with autoseleted multiprocessor hal, but will hang if "Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI) PC" is manually selected with F5.
