Try it, which board do you use?
i cant try ... benchmark doesnt want to starts via HWbot launch system ..
Had the same, installed newest INTEL VGA driver, then it worked...
wich one ?
here it started just one time ... i dont know what i did
OK i found ... DX11 launch starts on intel HD 3000 lol
