cant go over 1150 and 1525 cant be bothered right now, I will put some fans on it and crank the voltage... that coil whine though... the vcore fluctuates a lot, from 1.130-1.210 and it is in the dips it crashes on higher frequencies... I think it can do more with stable voltage there is thermal headroom at least for the core, the vrm is probably burning up..
