CPUZ is showing the bus freq, WPrime is showing the core freq. => 100x2=200 MHz. Proof that is a PR166 : The multiplier cannot be changed on Cyrix CPU(here x2, which is the multiplier of the PR166). If you want a pic of the CPU, I have it. My Cyrix 210 Mhz is dead, sigh, this is my 200 Mhz Cyrix.
