Unfortunately, the CPU does not like high PLL voltages. The system no longer starts with more like 1.95 volts. In addition, I couldn't change anything on the FSB wall with an increased PLL voltage. FSB wall is the same as under my cascade with -85 ° C and low PLL volt

CB-140 ° C benching with max. -135 ° C CBB was not an issue, started straight away
