Thanks! Been looking off and on for approx 10 years to find a top CPU like this. Ivy was the first CPU I ever ran Ln2 on, so happy I've found a great 3570K now aswell as my 3770K :)

Not bad! Direct die I presume? How do you bin these on ambient, VID only or something more sophisticated than that?

Sanded IHS, same as I used on 3770K.  Though I'd like to get a modded pot like luumi to try direct die one day.

Nothing special for binning, just R15, this chip did 5Ghz at 1.3v without delid.  It does also have a low VID, around 0.89v
