How did you get it to full pot? Usually those like to stay at a bit warmer temp.

Pll volt @ 1.50v Thanks for the tip luumi. Then I have to bench the cpu again at warmer temperatures and take tagg's 1st place ??

Not the reason for fullpot I think - my e6400 was happy fullpot with 2.5-2.7 vpll.
