But a very nice CPU there man !! Sweet !
Thanks
It's good for high load situations, might be good base for 3d-bench system on single stage cooler. I think I have 10+ graphics cards waiting for better times.
Nice CPU...
I guess this is the sweet point between temp and vcore? Which temps you are running at 1,6V?
Honestly the cpu doesn't scale with much more volt. I think it's a low leakage cpu. Coldbug is at -120, I started at -115, pulled down to -125 and let it warm up to about -118 at the end. Then some heatgun to prevent cold bug.
Btw, max pi 1M is 6300 MHz 1.65 Vcore.
-115 is nice...
I have problem with both 4670K I tested that higher voltage results in higher temp.
So voltage up = temp up
voltage down = temp down
So voltage have very big influence to temp!
So I had to find the sweet spot between temp and voltage. Was around -50 to -70°C and around 1,7V.
With 1 core temp very very much better (around -100°C with 1,92V)...
Benchbros, I don't get it. Why only run -50 to -70?
Likely because of cb, i have chip with cb at -100..
Nice chip
