Nice timings and score !
I got mine at 8-10-7-24-1T trfc=80 and lots of 4 secondary timings...
Surprisingly, my XTU score would go down on 7-10-7-24, but 7-10-6-28 was probably the answer which you found
Were you able to get it to actually run at the 40x for XTU? I have the same board and it will run 40x multiplier, but during the XTU bench it locks to 38x.
40x is available for 1-2 cores only, with 3x it is 39x and with 4c 38x
to enable 1-2-3c under lighter loads, enable C3 c-state option (that one is enough, leave other c-states disabled)
hence during the prime workload of xtu, the cpu will be 38x but in between it will go to 39-40x, perhaps making intermezzos a little faster ; on the overall score XTU it changes nothing imo...
