Somehow this scores higher at lower clock speeds when C-States are ENABLED..? Also, with C-States disabled I noticed that my XTU score will drop over the course of repeated runs, even if I wait a while and come back to it. With C-States enabled, the score remains consistent. No throttling of any sort indicated in hwinfo.
