If anyone has any suggestions on how i can overclock this, im pretty new when it comes to messing with this

Pretty easy, you can even try from within XTU and immediately check stability... In Advanced Tuning raise CPU multipliers to 45x and test, next step 47x... If it crashes raise Processor voltage like in 0.1  steps. Always monitor the temperatures, keep em below 90C. 

For 24/7 I would not go over 1.4voltage
