– With air condition on, previous results are without air condition. So basically room temperature plays an important role in your cooling also, but for power limit throttling depends a lot on your motherboard and hardware, mine was drawing about 58 watt, and motherboard will enable PL throttle by itself, that's why I couldn't get any higher than 3.92Ghz, sometimes 3.93GHz only.
