– I used XTU to set TURBO BOOST POWER MAX to Unlimited, TURBO BOOST SHORT POWER MAX to Unlimited and TURBO BOOST POWER TIME WINDOW to 128. The CPU is in a Dell 8940 with the stock cooler replaced with a Vetroo V5, an official Dell VRM heatsink fitted, and the rear case fan replaced with a Noctua NF-A8 PWM.
