2 year and 2 months ago – Y-Cruncher is extremely power hungry, measured 260 W. The CPU is locked. With amdmsrtweaker you can set it to p1 (turbo) but you also have to enable apm which will in return result in a tdp wall. So despite the CPU could also run at higher frequencies, it wont be faster.
