You should try lower voltage and clock and climb upwards. I.e. 1.05v @4.0ghz. In my tests with weak single stage (rated 250W cooling capacity), I had almost zero improvements pushing voltage/clocks above 4.2GHz - thermal throttling kills perfromance and you likely passed the optimal point on VF curve.
