6x UTX6-24-F1-5555-TA-W8, EYG-S091210DP (TIM for TEC) CPU TIM: galinstan- 68.5% Ga, 21.5% In, 10% Sn, Delidded/Direct Die CPU waterblock: Thermal Grizzly AMD Mycro Direct-Die Pro CPU Coolant mixture: 60% Distilled water, 40% Propylene Glycol 1/3HP Chiller (Used to cool waste heat from TECs) Reservoir temp -18.3750 Celsius. Measured AFTER CPU waterblock. -8c outside temp (windows open). TEC operating voltage/current 17.3V/3.35A, ~348W Pin All of the 9800x3d runs you will see are my daily settings (PBO + eclk) just on lower reservoir temps. 12x UTX5555 W. 2/3HP Chiller for all 9850X3D runs. Same TIM used on 9800x3d. Coolant used: 50% propanediol 1,3 & 50% DI water (by volume. reduces viscosity vs. glycol mixture while having higher solidus point)
