11 year and 6 months ago – I got a great idea, how to give the 16MB card more ram during the 3DMark run - simply starting the 3DMark 2001 from 800x600x8 bit. Drawback it the ughly result image, because of the switch from 800x600x8 to 1280x1024x32 for screenshot... Besides, from 125/100MHz to 168/150MHz it is IMHO a great overclock :) Samxon caps helped a lot, seems.
