laziest submission you'll ever see, on the laziest daily system you'll see. I did try lop off the E-cores and clock the P a little bit, but it didn't change the score so I'm just doing this. Obviously I know it's the OS, and the daily memory settings letting me down. I'm just too lazy to do it properly.
