Actually, this was just the first try, and I could get cinebench to run at 6.9/6.4, but I accidentally overwrote my screenshot with one without CPU-Z tabs.
My friend got me this chip as a birthday gift, and it is amazing. Does 6.9/6.4 r20 easily at only 1.5v at only -125C. Below -130C, benchamate says that the files have been tampered with, and at -160C it cold bugs and I haven't been able to resolve either yet. Definitely need to rerun.
Think that with -150 or colder it should do >7GHz :D
