I bet it's related to memory in some way, amount or bus width. I see you've got 16mb, and the top guy has 64mb, and i wouldn't be surprised if you'd get a higher score with the 64mb edition, 16mb is like nothing:D

gpu-z only supports ati, nvidia, intel and some s3 cards.
