Did you try backing down to about 1.46v? Mine ran pretty good under dice at that voltage. Gime your mail address so i can send you my 01 and AM3 tweaks
Started at 1.4v load. it did 800 and 1800 shader, going to 1.45v load it only did 850/1900. 1.52v load got me up to 2000-2100 shader but core still couldn't do ~900 in the other benchmarks. Just a sucky card, the one I had before this did 830 core 2000 shader with 1.3v.

with that cpu, you need to get better scores, Aquamark and 3dmark01 is all about tweacks and those 2 benchmarks need fast cpu, and that you have
