I have same problem with ZOTAC 8800GT with ice liquid cooling. Memory go only 954MHZ...My are Qimonda

this vga can 1250+ ram on air cooling , but on LN2 it is crappy ram ...the gpu can over 1100 mhz 1,55 and -80 , but the ram have a strange behavior with cold.. ram is Hynix FP1

Your ram don't love cold probably. But yur Hynix are better than Qimonda

yep , Hynix is better than Q , and Samsung the best:) , G92 is complicated benching ...have no bios support , cold slow , cbb , cb ...is difficult ...and the good vga under ln2 is very rare, this vga on air cand do 950/1250...

for you vga y need reverse ram vmod , the default voltage is ~2.00v , qimonda scalling with 1,850 or 1,9-1,950v, must droop down the voltage
