March 17, 2013 at 6:16:14 AM GMT

yep , while the pci express is 1:1....but the performance is poor......

March 17, 2013 at 7:59:37 AM GMT

1.1 pci express is when the card is idle. If you load the card pci turns to 2.0 or 3.0 depends what you have selected from bios.

pci gen3 is not compatible with RV790.....

March 17, 2013 at 11:18:05 AM GMT

If card is pci 3.0 then it will turn to pci 3.0. If it's pci 2.0 then it will be pci 2.0 :)

if you have selected in bios pci gen2 ..or auto( in your case that is pci gen2) you have in gpu-z this configuration: PCI-E 2.0x16@x16 1.1 ( in idle ..in load is 2.0)

your GPU is 1.1 overall...

anyway nice score...

Yes, I guess there's something wrong with the bios settings and you might be loosing some performance.

I've had that as well and noticed it after the session.
