Fourth run. This time with no background applications, properly applied GPU overclocks, and X87 fix applied (yes, that did seem to make a little bit of a difference, sadly).

Odd , i cant find that the x87 fix helping , but i did notice that the physX test does what it wants on amd .. i need to rerun the test a few times to get a good physX score .. as soon as the building dropped the score sky rockets ... but sometimes the building takes longer to fall than other on the same settings .. arg ...
