Man, how good is 8140 compared to 8150?

I'm guessing not good. Seems like the early BD chips were benching far higher than later ones.

It ran much cooler on air and did more on a lower voltage. Mine got pretty much the same clocks from 1.78v up to 2v on ln2, more just pissed it off, Nothing exciting. Hiviz got his benching wprime @ 7ghz which is not bad I guess.
