What's the stepping of this monster? And which temp did you run it at?

Very unexpected batch. When people binned these chips in mass back in the day, three letter batches were considered the worst.

That's the first one I ever see above 3.4GHz.

I didn't expect it as well :P

My other 3800+ is LEBDE 0632DAD, but if I'm not mistaken it was worse, however my excel table does not say anything about those 2, so I need to recheck :D

So I did test it on air and it seems I took the "supposed-to-be-bad" cpu (other one was doing 3.1+ on same volts).

This one can load windows on air with 1.55V set in bios at only 2860MHz, lol.

Tell me about binning...
