hello, can you please attach a tutorial on how to get this cpu to 4.6? max i get is 3.9 using a z77 mb. Thank you

Set the max multiplier in bios, then raise bclk to the max you can get it to. If you get cpu subzero that helps. For validation you want to downcore to 2 cores so that it will hold the max multiplier
