2.1V Vcore on extreme LLC and 1 MHz PWM switching frequency using slow mode. Still not delidded. Time to grab some superpi scores and then come back for 7.7G+ @ 2.2 - 2.3V. I thought chip was dead when board threw 00 but it just seemed to trip some kind of protection
