 – Since this CPU is not actually an unlocked CPU and hence as soon as multicore load hits it, its multiplier gets reduced to X41. So if someone is willing to read its highest frequency on X43 multiplier then you need to actually reduce the core count to 1 in BIOS in this way max turbo multi is used even in full load as per default policy of CPU.
