Bad luck with this one, cold boot bug at -110℃. When HT is on, the cold bug occurs at -145 to -148℃; when HT is off, it occurs at -135 to -139℃. With a single-channel DIMM, high or low PLL & VDIMM, and low VTT don't work at all.
