No.! This is ambient room 29.3c. My cpu core temp @ 46-47c idle /Hyper pi 4Thead 32Mb. Max temp 81-86c. @ 4.95Ghz cpu speed.

 

I'm benching @ 4.95Ghz With Air-Cooling Noctua NH-D14
