2x1gb Crucial OEM PC2-4300 / DDR2-533. Micron D9HDT IC's. Used an old OCZ XTC RAM Cooler! 5-5-5-15 2T, basically SPD or as close as I could get it, and turned volts up to 2.2v since the RAM did about 1100 SPI 1M stable (lol) at 2.0v.
