Does that card have a V/M mods? If so you got the same core @ 1020 as others without mods?

Are most cards able to hit 1000 core pre mod ? All the cards Ive tested were 900 - 960 but at stock V. The cards (Mostly Giga WF OC) I currently have non I2C controllable IC's aka NCP5395T that needs vid and ocp modding. Should have bought the non OC edition or anything else actually. Mostr have I2C with the CHIL pwm
