How can it be a bad smaple? You're first of the HW ranking ... you must have a binned, hand-picked, golden sample + a lot of luck
Yes indeed it is. In fact the phase on the picture is not turned on. This CPU is so cold it can run 3.4Ghz just like that (ambient temps are 21°C)
I'm gonna lap it and go for 3450Mhz
