I saw in your other submision pci-e 1.1 x16....i had same issues with 2 cpu...the pci controller inside the cpu is degraded...this means low performance especially Nature ,respectively in other benchmarks what use vga brute force
check on air cooling the pci-e speed with more that one vga ..when the issue persist= cpu rma
