I tried it later... i love rage card but is not easy to find good driver for these cards...

uhmmm this is a sample Catalyst 4.3v with or without Control center for Win 98/ME 2000/XP

Did you have edit the ".inf" installer file with the vendor device ID?

anyway catalyst 4.3v corrispond to 6.14.10.6430 and not 6.14.10.6462
