Vivi was using a kingpin chipset pot to cool the notoriously shit stock nvidia VRM on either a titan or 780. this could be that hes doing that again with 780ti or an old photo.

Thanks thanks! Nono this photo is fully fresh, using and old square copper pot to cool the VRM of the reference gtx 780 ti to about -30 idle -20 load.
