Well,here is my DDR2 Overclock On a good ol EP45-UD3P.1450mhz oc,from 800mhz sticks,8gb total,all slots full,on air,100f ambient summer temps,No heat sinks on them... 2.2volts on the rams. And this is a regularly used secondary gaming rig.
