Found a small issue with Benchmate. When booting low bclk and increasing in OS, CPU clock read correctly, but MEM clock read at boot speed. Hopefully will be fixed in 0.10.7.3 or 0.10.8. Not a huge issue, as CPU-Z reads MEM clock correctly.
