To be fair I only had Kryonaut that was previously used cold and been stored for months so it had same consistency and stickiness as silly putty. So with the only other options I had being CoolerMaster ICE 200g, CAIG (maker of DeOxit) heat sink compound and tons of ICD I added moisture to the TGrizz with the Ice and Caig stuff and use ICD on top. ICD does a good job on top of ihs (even fullpot) but with a good sized chip(s) on the corners of the die the density of ICD was too risky to use under ihs/top of die

We're on gelid again with good results.

Thanks for info, been wanting to try that. Think it will work well with our 90% Humidity nearly year round.

My first time XOC on Apex went well otherwise, somehow passed 32m at 4133c12-11 49-50-5-5, best on MOCF 50-50-7-6 and Z170 SOCF LN2 49-50-6-6. Apex wouldn't do 6-6 only 5-5 ?

Good job! Apex will do 6-6 too depend on rtl/iol offset
